Mark Bondy has been with Dale Petroleum Company since 1990.  Mark is known for his integrity, honesty, excellence, and unwavering commitment to building strong, long-term relationships.

He has preserved a family-focused culture that places people first and reinforces Dale Petroleum’s reputation for reliability and genuine care for customers and communities. Mark is driven by a belief that success comes from true partnership, taking a personal interest in each customer’s growth and success.

With decades of experience, he continues to lead Dale Petroleum as a relationship-driven, customer-focused company built on trust and excellence.

With 20 years in the wholesale fuel industry, Alex is the Vice President of Operations at Dale Petroleum Company, where he focuses on keeping things running smoothly and putting customers first. Alex is known for being honest, loyal, and easy to work with, and valuing clear communication and teamwork in everything. When not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and daughters, Sophie and Abby, coaching his daughter’s hockey teams, or spending time outdoors golfing, hunting, or fishing.

Ann brings nearly 30 years of energy experience to Dale Petroleum. She’s spent a lifetime helping trucking fleets, retailers, and local businesses keep their operations moving, and she does it with the kind of sincere smile that instantly makes people feel like they’re in good hands! Ann believes service isn’t just about making a sale; its about building trust. Down-to-earth, dependable, and passionate about people, Ann is the steady voice clients rely on – and the friendly face they look forward to seeing! Outside of selling fuel and propane, Ann loves traveling with friends, working out, watching sports and spending as much time as possible in Arizona!

Since 2017 Brandi has been adding value to Dale Petroleum with her 30 years of leadership and customer service skills, with a background in Business Management and Operations. Brandi builds genuine relationships, strategic partnerships, finds clever outside the box solutions, and brightens the day of everyone she works with; having a proud reputation as the “Queen of Chaos”, she keeps things moving even on the busiest of days, and in the most demanding situations. Outside the office, Brandi enjoys life with her husband Rich and her 3 dogs in Central Texas.     

Lori Thom is a seasoned professional in the energy industry with nearly 40 years of experience in operational excellence and innovative solutions. Her career started with a temporary position that ignited her passion for the industry. Lori has expertise in various areas, including contracting, rail logistics, daily rack operations, convenience stores, oilfield services, and construction. She provides tailored, cost-effective solutions for her clients. Based in North Dakota, Lori enjoys gardening, entertaining, lake life, and exploring the U.S. with her husband in their RV, especially in warmer destinations during winter.

Mike is an operations and customer-focused professional with 11 years in the industry and seven years at Dale Petroleum, where he’s known for his reliability, strong relationship-building skills, and unwavering commitment to customer service. Outside of work, Mike stays active through golf, baseball, hockey, and theatre. He also gives back to local athletics as a baseball umpire and hockey referee. Mike is a proud husband to Tracy and father of two boys.

Nick has been with Dale Petroleum since 2014, and he’s known for being the kind of guy everyone finds easy to talk to. Personable, down-to-earth, and always ready to lend a hand, Nick brings a friendly vibe to everything he does. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Kaila, and their two kids. Family is his favorite thing, and he keeps life simple – work hard, be kind, and enjoy the moments that matter.

Serves as Office Manager at Dale Petroleum Company and has been a dedicated member of the team for more than 20 years. A strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency, she leads the Billing Team with energy and precision. She values the company’s close-knit atmosphere, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service—principles that have shaped Dale Petroleum since its beginning. Outside the office, Heather enjoys running marathons, camping, and spending quality time with her family.

Ben is a Financial Controller at Dale Petroleum. With 10+ years of experience helping ensure financial accuracy and cash flow management to help support Dale Petroleum’s growth. He enjoys exercising, hockey, and being at the lake with his family. Outside of
work he loves spending time with his wife and two sons most of all.
